can I exchange my 64 bit Office2010 Pro Plus license to a 32 bit Office 2010 Pro license, do to an incopability issue with Prophet5 ?

Hello
I have downloaded this version of Office2010 for troubleshooting purposes.
My company have purchased a license of MS Office 2010 Pro (64 bit) Plus - for Windows7 Pro (64 bit, freshly formated) not to long time ago, but I could not make it fully work with Prophet5 (licenced Office add-on) in the 64 bit environment.
Downloaded the Office 2010 (32 bit), installed on other PC MSW XP (32 bit, freshly formated) and got all the features reasonably well working together.
My question:
- Is there a chance to exchange my 64 bit Office2010 Pro Plus license to a 32 bit Office 2010 Pro? As per my basic knowledge about it I won't be able to install a 64 bit apps in 32 bit mod?
Please let me know, I am looking for your positive respons, thank you in advance. Atila Biber

Answer
You don't have to exchange your license, just the installation file. When you buy the retail copy of Office 2010 on CD you get both versions with just a single product key. For downloads, you have to find the other version of the download file. In this case it is my understanding that the academic version normally downloads 32bit (people who were looking for 64 bit had an almost impossible time finding it).

Office does not allow you to mix 32 bit and 64 bit installations on the same machine, so you will have to completely uninstall one and reboot, before installing the other.
