Creating a Table of Contents with Word2010 for a large book file.

This file contains a large number of BOLD "headings" (normal style set) and these have almost the same font attributes as the "BODY text".  BODY text has  REGULAR  font style.
I need to promote only these "bolded headings" to LEVEL 1 in order to produce a custom TOC.
In outlining mode how do I promote to LEVEL1 all the hundreds of "headings" in a single step?
The settings in Outlining mode are: Show levels:  All levels
                                                   Show Text: Formatting: ticked
                                                    Show First Line Only:     ticked
The problem is that there seems to be no way of selecting just the "bold headings" without including the BODY TEXT which does not need promotion.

Answer
Click on the Replace in the Editing section of the Home tab of the Ribbon and then click on the More button and with then with the selection in the Find what: control, click on Format and then on Font and select  Bold under the Font Style section of the Format Font dialog and then click on OK.  Then move the selection to the Replace with: control and click on Format and then on Style and then select Heading 1 and then click on OK.  Then click on Replace All.
This will apply the Heading 1 style to all of the bold formatted text so that you can then use the Table of Contents utility to create a Table of Contents that includes those items.
