I'm trying to install microsoft home and office2010. I get an error saying setup is unable to proceed due to the following error(s): To install and use this product you must be running one of the following operating systems:
x86 platform x64 platform
-windows 7 -windows 7
-windows vista sp1 -windows vista sp1
-windows xp sp3 -windows server 2008
-windows server 2003 sp2
correct the issue(s) listed above and re-run setup
I have a brand new computer and don't know how to fix this. I have downloaded three times and even switcher from 64-bit to 34-bit but nothing is working. Our computer is 64-bit.
