Microsoft office2010 I`ve tried to install and could not install with a message "Failed to install the package". Can anybody help me in installing Msoffice2010?

I have microsoft office2010 professional plus, when I tried to install the package, in the final stages of installation it failed with a message "failed to install the package".Please tell me how to go about this installation.I am presently using Windows7 ultimate original OS

Before trying again, make sure all existing Office entries are removed. There is most likely a trial version of another Office suite on the computer.
