office2010outlook2010 error 0x8004010F when I click Send/Receive in Outlook 2010

When I try to send or receive email I keep getting an error that contains this error code: 0x8004010F.

Any idea on what I can do to fix this problem?

This error can occur if there are problems with the current Outlook profile. You should:

1. Find the location of your default Outlook data file.

2. Create a new Outlook profile.

3. Configure the new Outlook profile to be the default profile.
